HYDRAULIC CYLINDER SERVICE
We are capable of servicing almost any size cylinder with exceptional turnaround time. We accomplish this by investing in the most experienced people and by using the most advanced equipment available in the industry. As a result, we are capable of rebuilding to OEM specs on all cylinders with testing capabilities of 7200psi.
CUSTOM TUBE & PIPE BENDING
Hycor is equipped with digital tube benders. In short, we can duplicate almost any hydraulic line from any manufacturer.
Hydraulic auxiliary lines can be bent in-house to fit on your excavator seamlessly. We can also come to your site and take measurements for replacements.

We are capable of servicing any size cylinder with exceptional turnaround time. We accomplish this by investing in the most experienced people and by using the most advanced equipment available in the industry. As a result we are capable of rebuilding to OEM specs on all cylinders.
We have 4 Cylinder Benches; and our largest is capable of 125,000 ft/lb torque. Test capability to 7200psi and comes with laser measuring and data logging. At Hycor, we have our own machine shop and cleaning tank that accepts the largest cylinders made.
